     Lift the wiper arm until it secures in the upright position. This allows you to access the blade insert and the retaining system easily.

     Swing the blade up so that you gain access to the spring located underneath the blade. This spring holds the wiper blade in place. Use a screw driver to push against the spring to release the blade.

     Slide the wiper blade out of the wiper arm assembly and dispose of it.

     Insert the new wiper blade into the blade track until it secures in position. You should hear the retaining spring click when the blade is fully seated.

     Repeat this process for the wiper on the other side of the windshield. Return both wipers to their operating position against the windshield and test them to verify that they are working properly.
